Synergy is my favorite word, and I define it as the whole being greater than the sum of the parts. In other words, a group of committed individuals with a common goal and direction can achieve more than all of those individuals working just as diligently but in isolation. I'm a life-long learner who is dedicated to educating others in synergetic fashion and who believes that hard work is the determinant factor of success.
